A word on passion

I call myself a “freelance designer who moonlights as a photographer and traveling salesman.” The truth is probably closer to the opposite as I try to pay the bills with the job in sales while trying to establish myself as a designer. Tomorrow, I’m off to Vegas for the weekend for an ultimate frisbee alumni reunion. There was supposed to be a tournament for club teams from around the country, but apparently this week Las Vegas had the heaviest rains in state history. The Weekly Spotlight — 15 January 2010

This is the third installment of the showcase in twenty-ten (yes, that’s how 2010 should be pronounced), and I’m still having trouble ending the title with ’10 instead of ’09.
